What We Do

Green and Milligan Design always consults with you, the client, on the design of your project. We are also the general contractor and project manager. This means that we will be on your project site from start to finish. We work with the best subcontractors in town and insure that by the end of the job everything is just the way you want it. Everyone coming on to the job site is bonded, licensed and insured with the CCB of Oregon. 

Green & Milligan believe in sustainable design. We make sure that all debris is separated, and that materials are recycled, or even donated.

The client always has the last say when it comes to selecting materials, but if you are looking to create a holistic, healthy environment we can help.

Our Business

The team of Green & Milligan Design provides outstanding design consultation and project management for your next home or small commercial project.

Karla Green & Daniel Milligan are both graduates of Marylhurst University with a BFA in Interior Design. With a combined ten years of extensive knowledge of the construction industry, scheduling and building, you can be sure that your project  will be completed on time and on budget.
